Looking for a place to stay in 2024? Come and join our 3 bedroom home in a quiet, safe cul de sac in a new, semi rural subdivision in Stoke. Centrally located, just 10-20 minutes drive to Tahunanui Beach, Nelson, and Richmond, with mountain bike trails and bush walks only 3 minutes away. Enjoy rural views and bird songs on the outdoor setting on the large deck.

The double room is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk and chair, drawers and large double wardrobe ... just bring your own linen, towels, duvets etc. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house so one, next to your bedroom, is yours most of the time. 

The neighbourhood is super quiet and friendly, mainly made up of families and retirees. 

ABOUT US- I'm 51, a primary school teacher, with a social, outgoing 11 year old daughter who has a friendly six year old cat. 

IDEAL FLATMATE- Christian, female, working or student, respectful, friendly, clean, tidy, non-smoker. You'll need a car (or bike) as there's no bus service in the area.

INCLUDED IN $225 - reasonable power, unlimited internet, gas, rubbish, cleaning products (except clothes washing powder, toothpaste), lawns, gardener, water rates.
