Rent includes power, unlimited internet, lawn mowing and household items. Food & meals not included (each flatmate fends for themselves!) Also a carpark in a secure garage with remote, as well as space to store additional belongings.
Bond is 2 weeks rent, and 1 week rent in advance.
The room is large enough for a queen bed, has 2 windows and a closet. Can provide room furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs! There is also a space in a locked 2 car garage as well as other onsite parking for visitors etc.
The house is also fully furnished but can store additional furniture. Looking for an young woman who is independent, non-smoker & reliable who is excited to make some new friends in a great established flat :)
We also have a dog, cat and bunny so we love animals (and are looking for a flatmate who does too!) Pets may be negotiable if you have one. Our dog is a rescue and we are currently training her so someone who is comfortable with dogs is a must! She is a big softy but can be a little jumpy still and has a lot of energy hahahaha
