While the sleepout has it's own bench and some cooking facilities, downstairs in the main house is also freely available and we encourage this shared space community living by all. There's a downstairs lounge and dining area, shared downstairs laundry and guest toilet, vacuum cleaner etc, and the BBQ on the massive West-and North-facing deck (it's great for entertaining) overlooking the fishpond and nice back yard is also free to use by anybody, gas included.
Overall you'll be sharing our home with a few guys around mid-thirties and the odd kid part-time, plus a mascot. We're not night-owls, but are somewhat community-minded and enjoy connecting when appropriate. We're respectful of your privacy, some work in on meals, and some don't.
Power, gas, water, fibre broadband, rubbish removal, gardening, household products, oil & spices in the main house all provided. We're three blocks from Palms mall, very close to reliable public transport and parks.
