We're looking for a mature Christian young adult female to rent our lovely one bedroom self-contained cabin on the back of our property. This is a currently a short-term lease to trial (approx 3 months). There is a possible availability to rent longer-term.
This is an ideal place for someone who would like quiet, but also happy to interact with us and other Christian young adults (mostly international travellers) that come regularly to our property to fellowship with us.
We are a married couple, who are very laid back and relate well to all ages. We have travelled lots, like having outdoor adventures, great conversations and my husband loves playing the guitar.
This is a beautiful space in our quiet back garden and approx 15 mins walk from the centre of Cambridge.
The ideal tenant would be:
Be social and friendly, and like to have a laugh.
Be tidy and respectful of the space inside and out as it is part of our garden
Love animals – a cat and an occasional dog that visits
The cost per week includes all bills including wifi, electricity and hot water through gas bottles that get refilled.
2 weeks bond and 1 week rent is required in advance. Any reference(s) will be of help.
The cabin is available immediately, and is 21 metres squared in size.
The cabin comes partly furnished but if you have your own furniture, then let us know and we can chat about any changes required. There are some minimal kitchen items available to use – kettle, toaster, frypan, plates & bowls, glasses, knives/forks etc. The laundry is in our house, but it is easily accessible without disturbing us.
The cabin has it's own private outdoor deck area that faces the evening sun.
We will respect your space while living there, however mowing of lawns and maintenance of our garden will occur around the cabin.
There is safe off-street parking or possibly in the driveway.
