About the flatties
A friendly couple and female (20's - 30s) in a communal style flat. If you're looking for a fun flat with chats over cooking and/or dinner this is the one for you.
The single female is sociable and enjoys cooking, baking, music, and bush/dog walks. She has a mild learning disability, but is fundamentally independent with her own schedule, including work and supports.
You need to be friendly and willing chip in with being a ‘flat coach’ for her. This involves being like a big sister, being encouraging and showing what it’s like to be a 'good flatmate' e.g. giving a nudge to turn off the lights, take out the recycling etc. Your contribution would be acknowledged with a significant weekly allowance/payment.
