Room 1 (180)- a bit smaller, no wardrobe, but lots of natural light Room 2 (210)- bit bigger, has decent wardrobe
House was recently done-up, so rather warm and tidy. Living room and dining not massive, so easy to take care of, but kitchen is a decent size! House is mostly furnished, but the rooms are not. Located up a back section, so reasonably private, there is 1 extra off-street parking space. Property also has a pear tree and grapevine if you're into that sort of thing
I am 38y F; introverted youth worker (lol); enjoy reading, puzzles/ games, outdoors activities like hiking. Would consider baking from time to time if that swayed your decision!
