Great location, handy to main arterial routes, motorways, and public transport. Milford Shopping Mall, cafes, bars, shops and restaurants are a one minute walk away. Milford Beach is a short walk away, and access to Lake Pupuke at the end of the street.
Ideal flatmate is social (but also enjoys their own space), clean, and tidy. Someone who is down to watch the occasional TV show in the evenings would be a bonus! Not a party flat.
The room (pictured) fits a queen bed, side table and dressers. One shared bathroom and kitchen. Room is available from June 3rd
The room is $265 (including unlimited internet) per week, and power and water bills are split evenly as they come in. Bond is three weeks rent ($795). No pets or smokers.
About me: I’m in my late twenties, I work full-time as an architectural technician, and love to go out for runs and play tennis. I like to catch up with friends for lunch or dinner over the weekends, and love a bit of reality tv if I have some downtime.
