Hi everyone, looking for a friendly flattie for a mid size room 12 ft by 8 ft in fantastic area of te atatu peninsula , close to motorway , lovely fifties house on the peninsula. So quick to the motorway , it takes just 12 minutes into town when traffic is good. dairy 100 metres , bus stop 100 metres , countdown and library, one km , river and rowing club, 200 metres , 2 parks , 200 metres. Available in next two weeks, maybe earlier .
Its a roomy 50's house, really nice inside, huge kitchen, gas heater in lounge,coffee maker and movie screen in the lounge . grunty shower ! Flat section , big, off seat parking.
There are 3 guys in the flat, 51, 60, 29 . european and cambodian. We are respectful laid back friendly mature and tidy flatties and it is a nice chilled atmosphere here.
We are looking for full time worker that's not on nightshift later than 10 pm . Not looking for a work from home situation sorry . Will need references if possible . No drugs obviously . We have had a few bad experiences so need to stipulate that :)
We are hoping for easy going amd considerate in the main thing . We are kiwi but do like migrants and people from other countries .
