I am a 30 year old male currently looking for a place to live ideally around the Glenfield area, or closer to centre city. Ideally around the $250 or less mark.
I have been a Christian for around 3.5 years, and have been learning to live a more grounded, humble life. I started tiling here in Rotorua about 8 months ago, and I am planning on going off on my own once I move to Auckland on the 10th May. I enjoy fishing, biking, walking, hiking, and also keeping a normal relationship with the Lord.
I have lived in a number of flats previously, generally with really good experiences. The only bad experience was when I thought that shunning evil meant telling a lady that was going through a lot and a breakup that I did not want to sleep with her and then telling her I was moving out, which I later found out to actually be judging her and trying to take the spec out of her eye when I was likely the one causing all the tension to begin with. I can provide some references for my two current flatmates, and otherwise like things clean and tidy; I do tend to like to do things on my car from time to time, and also really need a bit of garage storage space. It would be ideal to have enough space to store my tiling gear from out of my car from time to time, (2m x 2m x 1m).
Furnished would be ideal, however, I was just looking at the place at 14A Target Road which I quite like, yet have accepted I may need to buy furnishings and save for that before the trip.
