I am looking for a place for $200pw max that would include bills. I will only be there during weekdays and mostly stay Monday to Thursday there would be the odd weekend that I would also require to stay. As I am a mature lady I am seeking a place with someone that is also mature not in their 20s . I would just be coming back home in the evenings to relax and sleep. I am not keen on any loud or noisy places with lots of flat mates.
