Hi! I’m Fiza, a 25-year-old student currently studying a Master of Teaching and Learning in Tauranga. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room in the 1st–5th Avenue area or nearby.
I’m friendly, respectful, clean and tidy, and I’m quite easy-going. I’m studying and also working part-time, so I’m usually busy with university, placement and work. I enjoy cooking, watching movies/series, music and spending time with friends, but I also value a peaceful and respectful home environment.
I’m non-smoking, responsible and considerate of shared spaces. I’m looking for a place where I can feel comfortable and settled, ideally with a friendly flatmate/household.
Preferred area: 1st–5th Avenue / Avenues, Tauranga
Budget: around $250–$300 per week
