Hey,

I'm looking for a place to board (or flat) close to Newmarket where I work (e.g. Auckland Central, Mt Eden, New Market, Parnell, Epsom, Remuera etc). Probably Three Kings is as far south as I'd go. Or perhaps lower North Shore e.g. Birkenhead, Glenfield, Northcote, Takapuna. Probably no further north than Takapuna though unless you can walk <5 mins and catch NX1/NX2 into Britomart. I want to get closer to work (and ideally on a convenient bus/train route to work, no more than 2 connections and less than 45 mins to work). I work in Newmarket as a web developer. I need somewhere until about mid April 2027 then will head overseas to see family. Somewhere quiet would be great. I don't have any furniture at the moment so something kitted out is easier. I attend Life Central on Sunday evenings and have been a Christian most of my life. I was born in Invercargill, but lived in Auckland off and on since 2008. My hobbies currently include reading, running, hiking, gym, coffee, cinema and when there's time, skiing and adventure activities.
