We are two christian female professionals in our late twenties looking for a flatmate to join us mid Feb 18.
Weekly rent is $125 + $65 for food & utilities
We're both friendly and sociable. We think of our flat as our home. We share food and cook together which keeps the cost of food down.
Your sunny room has space for a double bed, and has two wardrobes. The room is located upstairs and is just across the hall from the bathroom/toilet.
We have a lovely outdoor patio area that is great for entertaining.
We have lived in the flat for 5 years and we have a wonderful landlady who pays the water bill and does the gardening!
With lots of new development in Hobsonville it's a great place to live. There is a Countdown in walking distance and plenty of places to pick up a bite to eat. There is a coastal walk with stunning views of the water down at Hobsonville Point and a farmers market on the weekend.
We are a minutes drive from the motorway (with the added benefit of not seeing or hearing the motorway).
