Hi there!
We are a relaxed flat made up of two guys and one girl - working professionals and students in our 20s and 30s. Our "team" is relatively new, but we are all keen to nurture a Christian community that has a homely, welcoming feel to it. We have two flatmates who are moving out of Auckland, we've found one replacement and are looking for one more - someone who is similarly keen on creating a welcoming home, who is considerate and tidy, sociable but not a party animal.
The house is very modern and well insulated. There is a double garage, plenty of storage space, a modern kitchen with an induction cook top and two easy-to-maintain bathrooms. Expenses are $30 per week, and that covers power, internet, flat consumables, water and the rental on a fridge and washing machine.
You actually have the choice of two rooms, as we're open to doing a bit of a room shuffle. There is a room with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe that is $190 + Expenses, or just a room for $170 + Expenses.
The location of the property is superb. We are a few minutes away from Cornwall Park and Onehunga Town Centre. The street is nice and quiet.
The room will be available on Sunday 4 February.
