Set amongst the green tropics of Hillsborough, with panoramic views of the Manukau Harbour, sits a lovely house in a quiet cul-de-sac, in need of two new flatmates. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, three separate living spaces, a deck with killer views, two garages.
Some other perks are; access to Waikowhai park and walking tracks around the bays, close by to shops and supermarkets, only 20 minutes to the centre of town, and the added bonus of some great flatmates.
Weekly Rent includes: power, internet, water, milk, toilet paper, Netflix, and cleaning products.
The first flatmate leaves on the 17th of Feb and has the bigger room (Room one) at $178 per week. The second flatmate leaves on the 3rd of March and lives in a slightly smaller (Room two) and cheaper room at only $168 a week.
We are currently looking for flatmates from 25 to 35. We want someone who has a sense of humour, is tidy and clean, respectful of others, shares similar Christian values, can take responsibility and can contribute in the overall cleanliness of the house. We all lead relatively busy lives, but like to come together when we can, and would appreciate someone that can participate in the odd flatmate get together.

Bond: $760 4x weeks rent + 1 week in advance
