Total Cost is $230 pw, (includes expenses, e.g. power, internet, rubbish bags, consumables).
The room is small. Fits a single bed and not a whole lot else. Some pics provided. The room does have two cupboards for storage.
Room comes with a long single bed if required.

This is a boarding situation and you will be living with the home owner aged 37 and existing flatmates aged 34 and 32.
What are we looking for?
Someone who is easygoing
Someone who is keen for occasional hang outs, we have a weekly flat night - dinner, games, movie etc.
Someone who respects the house and the other flatmates, someone who is tidy and helps out around the house.

3 easy going flat mates:
- Aged 37, male, Kiwi, Christian (home owner) Fulltime accountant, attends Hutt City Church (involved in youth work, passionate for squash, cricket, enjoys NBA, TV series)
- Aged 34, male, Kiwi, Christian, works as a porter in a hotel (likes gaming, movies)
-Aged 32, male, Kiwi originally from Zimbabwe, Christian, actor, other side hustles (likes cooking, gym, boxing)
Ideally looking for another Christian male (can be flexible), working, aged 30-39 (ideally)

Bus stop pretty much outside (no. 23) - bus takes 15/20min to Courtenay place.
