I’m looking for two other people to form an awesome flat family in One Tree Hill. I have just bought the house and will be moving on 19th January.
I’m a female professional in my early 30’s, into kiteboarding and cycling. I’m social and love having people over but not a fan of late-night parties. My current flat has an amazing family vibe and I’m sad to be leaving, but hoping to create something just as awesome in this new house!
The house is fantastic: new kitchen with gas cooktop, open plan living, decent bathroom, north facing, warm & well insulated with two heat pumps, and a sweet outdoor entertaining area with pizza oven! The available rooms are both doubles. The upstairs room has the advantage of being carpeted with a wardrobe. The downstairs room has a timber floor with built-in desk and no wardrobe, although I’m happy to install a wardrobe in January if required. There’s also plenty of storage space in the massive garage.
Cornwall park is just 400m down the road. Close to Greenlane & Neilson m/way ramps, and 1km to Royal Oak mall for any errands.
Ideally looking for guys or gals who are tidy, social, responsible, and keen to hang out and integrate into a flat family.
I have a much loved cat called Bella who will be moving in too!
Upstairs room: bond $840, rent $210/wk. Downstairs room: bond $800, rent $200/wk. Expenses are $35/wk and cover unlimited fibre broadband, power, gas, water, and flat shopping/cleaning products (and if there’s a buffer leftover at the end of year I’ll reimburse us all).
