There's a choice of a room inside the house or the sleepout or caravan. The house is quite spacious with an open plan kitchen & lounge with a fire place and heat pump. There is a nice sunny outdoor area which is great for BBQ 's in the summer. It's a very relaxed, no stress flat in a quiet setting with off street parking available.
I enjoy having friends over from time to time for a social evening of board games and music. The house is fully furnished and bedroom furniture is provided. We also have an adorable cat called Tommy. We have a beautiful bush walk nearby and views of the stream at the bottom of the property.
Rent is $180 per week plus $20 expenses for power, water and internet but this is negotiable depending on circumstances.
