Room is sunny and north facing and has stunning city-to-sea view. It comes with built-in wardrobe and queen bed, dresser and armchair. Can provide linen etc if shorter term.
Property is a beautifully furnished villa, gourmet kitchen (we’re all foodies) and pretty garden located 5-10 minutes walk from Kelburn shops & Northland shops, few seconds to bus stop, multiple buses to CBD including the fabulous #2 (also 4, 22, 18, 21, 33, 34…). 25 min walk to Beehive, etc.
There are two bathrooms in the house, you would share the downstairs one, in the picture.
Vibe of the house - warm, friendly, peaceful, homey. We often go to the vege market together, do pizza nights on Mondays, bake, do movie nights…but all have our own lives and like quiet in our rooms too.
$295 pw includes loads - basic pantry food (rice, herbs and spices, oils, flour, baking stuff, potatoes & onions etc), fibre with unlimited internet, cleaning and laundry products, water bills and all rubbish collection. Power/gas split at the end of every month (house is well insulated so this bill is low).
Looking for: Working or studying in Welly or students or post-grads. Must be clean, tidy, pay rent and bills without fail.
About the others (all females): - Ecologist working at UVic. Goes to City on a Hill. - Public servant working for Govt. Goes to Elim. (Me) - Public servant. Goes to The Street.
