Hello. We have a large sunny two story house with two rooms downstairs and four upstairs. We have two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Our lounge is large and spacious with views which is perfect for watching sunrise and set with a coffee. The rent is $160 or 190 which includes power, unlimited internet , water , and essentials also bread and milk. bond is $300 . Parking is mostly off street . The location is amazing only 2mins to the motorway with easy access to all of Auckland and far enough away to not hear traffic. The current flatmates are Joseph a timber joiner , Ankit who works for Sims(Ankit leaves for India soon). Heather who is a climate and environmental consultant .
