Come and live close to the beach!!
We have the most beautiful, 5 bedroom home in Torbay and are looking for a flatmate to join us. The room has its own heat pump, and double wardrobe (seriously dreamy!) The home has 2 spacious bathrooms, with separate toilet. There is also a big back lawn, a wee vegetable garden, and you can see the ocean from the living area!
Ideal candidate:
Mid to late 20s (preferably female but we would consider males)
Tidy, responsible, with a great sense of humour
Someone who loves Jesus (we really want this house to be more of a community than a flat)
No pets, no smokers and this is not a party house
About us:
Currently we are 4 females, working professionals who enjoy good food, going for walks together, worship times and a good chick flick. We enjoy spending time together, but respect each others space and need for quiet time
We like keeping our space clean and tidy
We can provide banter (the quality of which is up for debate)
The room is available to move in right now.
Rent is $180 a week.
Utilities will be shared and worked out but shouldn't be more than $20 a week pp
