We have a room available for a boarder in a Christian home, in a peaceful neighbourhood with 3 others and a cat. It does tend to be my sanctuary away from the busyness of life and work most of the time, with the occasional visits from whanau and friends.
Looking for someone who is working full-time, happy to buy their own food and cook for themselves, be tidy and clean, respectful and quiet between 10pm and 7am. It would be great if you have a reference for the last place you stayed.
We're an alcohol-free, drug-free, crime-free and smoke-free home.
Sorry, but the room is not available for families, couples or pets and no overnight visitors would be allowed.
The room is $220 per week, including power, wi-fi. King-single bed is available and drawers if needed.
Move in costs = 1 week bond + 2 weeks advance
