We have a beautiful double room available mid-January in our stunning flat. It's a large, spacious near-new house featuring a modern kitchen, multiple living areas, a fireplace, sweeping views of South Auckland, a gate onto Mangere Mountain, great storage spaces, and beautiful sunny decks.  This room is a bit of a dream - it comes with it's own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, and opens onto it's own deck! We're super close to the motorways (North/West and South), and walking distance to Ambury Regional Park and the Watercare Coastal Walkway.

Existing flatties are 2 guys, 1 girl. We're pretty easy going, busy, but keen to come together when we can. We're looking for a friendly, tidy flattie, guy or girl, who will value and enjoy sharing our home.

Rent is $287.50 per week + $25pw expenses 

Bond is only $382.50  

Room is available mid January.
