Looking for a flatmate (either male or female) for our flat in Birkenhead! Room available from 28th April. Our flat currently has 3 girls and 1 guy, all in our early to mid 20s. Some of our interests include outdoor adventures, surfing, and the occasional movie night. We’re 4 professionals: a construction detailer, an IT guy, and two nurses doing shift work - ideal flatmates will be respectful/quiet when the nurses sometimes have to sleep during the day. Looking for someone who is also friendly, clean, and pays rent on time!
The house has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area that gets a lot of sun, with an additional separate living room which is a shared workspace for all flatmates. There is one full bathroom, an additional separate toilet, and an additional separate shower. Outside patio, lawn, and garden are maintained by the landlord.
Walkable distance to bus lines, supermarket, and various cafes and restaurants.
The bedroom available will cost $157.50/week + expenses (wifi/power/water/+$5 a week for shared essential items e.g. cleaning products etc). Plenty of street parking available. Bond is 4 weeks rent ($630) No pets allowed.
