I am looking for two boarders to join us at my house in Pakuranga Heights. You will be joining a flat of 5 people.
We are young working male professionals (in our late 20s) who work nearby.
The house is situated on a plateau on top of a hill. There is a backyard with place to hang your clothes, as well as a back patio great for summer parties. You can park on the property, as well as on the street.
The location is excellent with access to the the Pakuranga mall just a 2 minute drive away. Botany Town Centre is just a 5 minute drive away.
You will be sharing the bathroom between yourself and three others, and there are two toilets - one in the bathroom and one separate toilet beside the bathroom.
The kitchen facility is comprehensive with all the cooking utensils and bells and whistles, and you have access to a washing machine and dryer in the back of the house. You will be sharing pantry and fridge/freezer space with the others. There is also ample storage space in the back of the house.
We generally cook for ourselves, and we occasionally do shared flat dinners and parties where we play some board games or video games together. We have a chore roster, so we share all the cleaning tasks.
There is also a living room with a nice large 4K TV and lots of couch space. The dining area is separate. In winter we like to cozy up around the fireplace and hang out.
Room 1 faces West. It measures around 3.7 x 3 m, and currently has a king single bed, night stand. Note: The actual bed is different to the bed in the pictures.
Room 2 faces East. It measures around 3.2 x 2.8 m, and currently has a king single bed and night stand.
All rooms have their own locks.
I can arrange furniture for you based on your specific needs.
The rent will be
$230 / week for Room 1 (slightly larger)*
$220 / week for Room 2 (slightly smaller)*
*includes expenses such as water, power and unlimited fibre internet (mesh network so there are no dead spots!). Also provided is breakfast (milk and cereal).
About you: You are a clean and tidy person who is considerate of others. Ideally you are a working professional who will pay rent on time, and is quiet at night. No smoking or pets allowed. Hopefully you are a Christian who regularly attends church, as do we.
