We're looking for two people to join our flat fam! The rooms are $250 each which includes all expenses (except food!). This place is just a couple of years old and it has all the mod-cons of a new home including double glazing and central heating. It has easy access to the motorway, spacious and sunny living areas and a high-end kitchen with an engineered stone benchtop, Bosch appliances, and soft close drawers.
My husband Marcus and I (Jo) run a fun & friendly Christian flat and aim to maintain a family feel. We love convos about anything and everything, laughing together, being real, and making our house a home. We don't like the idea of setting "rules" for rules sake, but encourage open communication. Our main priority in picking flatmates is finding people who are like-minded in their Christian faith & values. We also find it helps to live with people we get along with ;). The way we roll with bills etc is that we just charge a flat rate that includes everything except food - so power, water, fibre internet, cleaning products etc.. basically when you move in you start paying and when you move out you stop. Keeps it simple. The two rooms that are available are both double rooms and are identical in size (3m by 3m ish) and they share a bathroom.
