There is an off-street parking spot next to the house that comes with this room. Our home is warm and sunny. The room available has a lovely window view of the little creek surrounded by trees that the house backs onto.
Rent is $190 and includes all expenses (power, wifi, lawns and some shared cleaning & cooking items like oil & spices, etc.)
