This is a chilled out and relaxed flat with a calm and friendly atmosphere. I am a part time worker and am looking to find some workers as well rather than a student. The 2 medium sized bedrooms available both have a double wardrobe and are unfurnished. The rooms both get lovely afternoon sunshine and are well away from the road so no traffic can be heard. The flat is warm and double glazed with a heat pump downstairs and has 2 upstairs bathrooms and a small one downstairs. The flat is in a great location, 5 minutes drive from the Hornby shops, 10 minutes drive to Riccarton with a supermarket and a few other shops 3 minutes down the road.
