You'll be sharing our property with a Dad and his son, one other guy and one female pre-school teacher, ages 30's and 40's. We're not night-owls, are independent but friendly and enjoy connecting when appropriate. We're respectful of your privacy - we mostly cook separately due to everybody's varying schedules but have a social nature and cook together only if and when it suits, like a shared bbq.
We're located three blocks from Palms mall and approximately 12 minutes from the CBD, are very close to reliable public transport, and near parks.
