Rent is $350 (per person) for double bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe including expenses lawns, power, gas, water and Internet.
There is a large main bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet and a separate toilet downstairs. The house comes with all white ware with an excellent kitchen as well. There is a backyard and an outside clothes line.
Pinehill is very central 5 minutes to Westfield Albany Mall, 2 minutes to the motorway, Woolworths Supermarket and several other shops, 1 minute to the bus stop (on foot).
You will be living with one other young man in his late 20's and my husband and I. All our children are married and have left home. We have young grandchildren who come and visit every now and then. We are easy-going and friendly, but we like a tidy home, so everyone has to clean after themselves. You will have to provide your own food and be able to cook for yourself.
