Gas cooking on the 5 burner stove top is quick. The lounge area leads to a neat, sunny quiet tree bordered yard. ( and plenty of birds singing!) There is a separate sitting room where one can play the piano or relax on the lounge suite to read or write.
Utilities are included in the price; power, water, gas and internet. Parking is available on the drive for one car, and the bus stops just outside the section, taking you to the train station and Coastland mall in 5 minutes, or the other way to the beach and shops in 5 minutes.
I am a retired Technology Teacher, and committed Christian, attending st Luke's Anglican church in Waikanae. I have family serving the Lord overseas and in New Zealand. I would appreciate female flatmates who are employed, quiet and enjoy a tidy house.
