A gorgeous apartment in the heart of Takapuna - located right on the beach with its own access.

The apartment building has a small gym, a pool, a large lawn, and an absolutely amazing resort style!

I am currently seeking two females to join me in the relaxed space.

I am a Pilates Instructor with a studio along the road from the apartment and a reformer in the apartment. 

I love coffee, own a paddleboard and surfboard for outdoor adventures, and manage a small vege and herb garden.

The internal bedroom measures 2.8m x 3.5m and has a wardrobe.

The other bedroom is slightly smaller however it connects to the main balcony and has a wardrobe.

Each room is $250 + expenses + four weeks bond. Expenses are usually $25 a week.

The two rooms available share a bathroom with an external toilet.

There is a carpark available and we have four onsite visitor parking spaces.

The street parking outside the apartment is free between the hours of 6pm-8am.
