Seeking a suitable flatmate to join three male flatmates in our 4-bedroom flat (two in our 20's and one early 30s).

FULLY FURNISHED (except for bedroom).

*** NB: I (the person posting) am the owner, not one of the flatmates. Also, it's not a 'Christian flat' - but I, the owner, am Christian. Our son lived there until recently, but had taken a job overseas, and as the owners, we have taken over the management of the flat. The existing flatmates are great, and very respectful, quiet guys. *** 

A stunning, recently renovated 4-bedroom / 2-bathroom / 2-lounge home in Fitzroy. 

Each room has a smoke alarm & smart ventilation system - your room is healthy, dry and easy to heat.
Lounge has large gas fire place, which heats the living rooms, kitchen and dining in no time at all. Super cosy.

The covered pergola area is perfect for drying your clothes in winter, or enjoying a warm evening in summer - great for summer bbq’s.

The house has everything you’ll need; the kitchen is fully stocked incl cutlery, crockery, new appliances - induction hob, dishwasher, big double-door fridge-freezer, microwave, massive pantry. 

Dining table, chairs & lounge furniture all provided.

The laundry is beautifully tiled, with a front loader and vented drier provided.

The house has a smart home security system.

The available bedroom is a sunny corner bedroom with windows on two sides - and is not furnished: Dimensions are 3.9m x 3.1m + large double wardrobe (goes with tiled large shower bathroom pictured.) 

$230 per week for the bedroom (and furnishings/appliances already mentioned).
Additional weekly payment of $45 per week covers utilities & communal expenses, including power, wifi (unlimited hi-speed), gas, water + shared expenses (cleaning products, toilet paper, lawn mowing, etc)
Storage available in the large garage (shared space with other flatmates).
Sorry, no smoking or vaping. No pets. 

Ideal flatmate would be single (no couples), tidy, respectful­, house-prou­d, quiet, pays on time. (No vapers)

10mins to airport, 6mins to the hospital + 9 mins to central CBD. Quiet street, on the bus route.
