You'll be sharing the space with two existing flatmates in their late 20s who attend different churches in the city. We're a chill, supportive and sociable bunch who value a good mix of together-time and personal space. We love eating together and do shared food and cooking - a great way to bond and share our culinary skills!
We're looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and keen to contribute to our little community. Our flat is very much a quirky Wellington house and not quite the fanciest in town, which is reflected in the cheap rent. The heat pump heats up the lounge really well in winter, we also have a dryer. The house also has a great outdoor area for hanging out in the sun - very much a sun trap with fabulous all day sun in the summer, and up to the afternoon in the winter. Previously we've had a vege garden out back too (potential to revive!).
