The room is Big enough to fit a queen bed and other furnishing in it with space to move around
The house is a 1950s character home with a large backyard and plenty of off street parking.
Inside is warm being fitted with new carpet and underfloor insulation in March last year.
Fitted in the lounge is a heat pump that effectively pushes cold/hot air into all the rooms.
All cutlery, plates and appliances are included in the kitchen with a dishwasher making clean up easy.
In the summer the outdoor area comes into its own with the large raised deck dropping down to the inbuilt fire pit, seat swing and seperate bbq area.
Included in the weekly rent is Power, Starlink internet, flat cleaning supplies and rubbish removal.
Living in the house is myself, 24 year old male, another 22year old male and my 18 month old German Shepherd named Doyle.
Due to our schedules we do our own cooking.
We are looking for either male or female of similar age and either working or studying. We’re not a party flat however do enjoy socialising and are always up for a yarn.
