It is a corner 3 bedroom brandnew townhouse. It is in a good location as it is close to everything! We also have a backyard if you like to do some gardening. The house is fully furnished, however the room will come unfurnished but comes in with built-in wardrobe. You will be the only one using the common bathroom as we have our own ensuite and we are not planning to have another flatmate yet.
About us, we are a married couple in our late 20’s (28 & 27). We are both chill and keep to ourselves however we can be social at times too! Also, we have a 4 month old golden retriever puppy so hope you love dogs! She is crate train and well behaved so no noises nor whining to worry about.
The rent is $250 per week including power, water and internet. 2 weeks bond.
