Hello! We’re looking for another young professional female to join our cozy and peaceful home. We are friendly and respectful flatmates who enjoy being social when our schedules align (although this is not as frequent as we'd like).
The room is a spacious double room, unfurnished, at $235 weekly (inclusive of expenses, excluding food). You can choose from 2 rooms, one is currently a guest room but that can be moved around depending on your preference. Tucked away from the street down a shared driveway, it's a lovely peaceful house with central convenience. With three shared living areas and a beautiful kitchen, there's plenty of space. Additionally, there is ample storage, off-street parking, and a charming outdoor area.
Please note: this is a boarding arrangement but runs in more of a flat vibe.
