Rent: $200 per week.
Expenses: $35 per week, covering power, water, gas, internet and basic household essentials (excluding food).
Total: $235 per week, including expenses.
Bond: $400.
Simple written flat-sharing agreement covering rent, notice periods and shared household responsibilities.
