My amazing flatmate (who owns this whare) is getting married in mid September, which means I'm looking for someone to join me in this cosy two-bedroom home. Move-in is available any time from now. To help me stay here, she has set the rent for the whole place at a reasonable $470 per week. The bigger room is $240 per week, plus expenses, which I estimate will be around $20 per week (maybe $25 over the winter months). The house is all set up and the bedroom could be furnished if that's helpful. There's off street parking in the carport.
