We are looking for a flatmate to join our home on a quiet street. The current residents are two working guys in their 30s.
Ideal flatmate would be a male who is working (would consider a student), reasonably tidy, is interested in cooking together (but if that's not your thing we can work with that) and will have some interaction with the other flatmates.
The house is roughly 16 years old, brick, double glazed with a heat pump and double garage. You will be sharing a bathroom with somebody else.
Rent is $175 plus expenses of $60 a week that cover unlimited wifi, power and 5 dinners. We are willing to change up some of the expenses depending on the schedule of the new flatmate.
