Cost is $380 + expenses (for a couple), price negotiable and would be lower for a single.
The room is decent size to fit everything you'd need, plus we've got a spare room for extra storage/space. We've been here for a year and a half and were the first people to move in since the home was built.
We're a married couple who work full time and enjoy getting out and about.
The place is super close to a bus stop for heading into town and the local Newlands shops. Plenty of walking tracks right below us too!
