Kia Ora! We have one room available in a four bedroom, double glazed, fully insulated house. You'll have your own bathroom and toilet during the week : ) Some weekends you'll need to share these as we are looking to do respite foster care for the Open Home Foundation (OHF) once or twice a month in the weekends only.
Rate for room is $170 p/w ($150 p/w if only staying during the week) which includes fibre internet + one TV streaming service of choice if wanted from either Netflix, Neon, Amazon, Disney etc. + basic amenities (cleaning stuff, toilet paper etc.). Power is extra, one quarter (1/4) of the monthly bill which generally comes to around $45 p/m average ($12 p/w). We have old bills to view if required. Bond is two weeks rent so move in cost is bond plus one week rent so $510 ($450 if only staying during the week).
Home is spacious and fully furnished. Heat pump for the main living area. Room size is 2.95m by 2.80m. For the room we can supply a bed, heater, fan, bedside cabinet and light if required. Parking is available on street.
We are looking for a clean and hygienic person as you'll be expected to keep your room, bathroom and toilet clean please. Cleanliness is next to Godliness as they say : ) We are a Christian married couple and are both working full time, love attending church, cooking, gardening and diy and live busy lives. Some weekends we go away so you'll have the home for yourself.
Area is relatively quiet, friendly neighbourhood, great for walking and running. Fitzroy area, by Shaw's Dog Park (Formerly Shaw's Bird Park). Bus stop is 10 min walk. Hospital (for working nurses or doctors) 10 min drive (18 min bike ride). Hamilton City Centre 12 min drive (22 min bike ride). Well stocked dairy is 5 min walk away.
