There are 5 other christians, 4 males and a female . We have established a great communal culture where we hangout watching movies, playing games or just having great chats. It is a flat with an even mixture of people in their 20s who value follow christ at a range of churches.
We have one self-contained sleep out which contains a bathroom and bench area available from the 2nd of September.
The flat is situated in a reasonably central location that is quiet. It is located less than 15min drive from the CBD, A church across the road, Riccarton mall 10mins away and Barrington mall is a 5min drive down the road.
Rent includes power, Fiber Internet and cleaning supplies.
There is Off-street parking on the property.
The flat contains an upstairs and downstairs bathroom, and outside there is a spa and bike shed.
