We are both working, Christian gals in our mid 20s, looking for someone tidy and respectful. The flat is typically pretty laid back, as we’re long term tenants who are out and about most of the time.
Located less than 200m from Sunnynook Bus Station, you couldn’t ask for a better position to commute into the city. Super close to Sunnynook Park and shopping centre, and a very convenient location for getting around the rest of the North Shore.
Room details: $226.66pw, (total of $680 split between 3 people) with a built in cupboard/wardrobe and space for a queen bed. The room gets sun in the afternoon and overlooks the back garden. You will need to provide your own bedroom furniture, but the house is furnished.
The house includes a full section and we take turns mowing the lawns as needed. Off street parking if you are willing to shuffle the cars parked on the driveway. Separate garage (mostly used for storage and drying clothes) and garden shed behind the house. The dining room and lounge are sun soaked and have a beautiful outlook into the garden. There are two toilets, one separate from the main bathroom.
We split bills equally and share basic necessities like toilet paper, spices, spreads etc. Same goes for chores such as dishes, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, putting out bins etc. We are happy to discuss making up a chore chart or assigning jobs to each person and having our own responsibilities.
