Rent is $190 a week + utilities split monthly. Utilities are about an additional $25 a week. You will be living with 2 female working professionals who are in their early twenties and a cat. We sometimes go out for bubble tea on the weekends and do the occasional craft night. Not a party flat. No pets/smokers. Looking for someone who is tidy and has a positive attitude to join our flat.
