We're looking for a flatmate to join a beautiful home in an excellent location.
You will be joining some lovely people in our mid 20's to early 30's. We are all from different parts of the world (Samoa, NZ, South Africa) and all attend different churches, including Valley Road, Equippers and Gracecity (GCC). As a flat we enjoy spending time together and celebrating special occasions but are also respectful of each others space.
This is a beautiful home near Cornwall Park. The house is down a quiet road but conveniently located near bus stops, shops and cafes. The house has a generous kitchen, outdoor area, high ceilings and beautiful wooden floors. The place is well maintained and has central heating (and cooling), and a gym area in the garage, and an outdoor area.
Rent and expenses are $280 per week, which covers power, internet, water and some pantry items (milk, oil, spices, baking supplies etc). Bond is $760, paid in advance.
