We have one room available now. It is a medium sized unfurnished room with a built in wardrobe and panel heater. You will be is a sharing the upstairs bathroom with two others. Available bedroom is $227.50/week plus expenses (power and internet bills split evenly between 4)
Our flat is a large two storey house nestled in the Western end of Johnsonville. It has a nice big lounge with separate kitchen and dining room spaces. There is plenty of extra storage areas around the house too. For those chilly Wellington winters, we have three heat pumps around the house to keep it toasty and warm. There's double parking in front of the garage and plenty of street parking available. Walking distance to public transport bus and train. And the Johnsonville shops are just a few minutes away by car.
