I've just purchased my first home, and am seeking a boarder as part of my mortgage agreement. The property is a unit down a shared driveway in a central location, within walking distance to a supermarket, some churches, and bus stops to both Massey University and the rest of the city. The bedroom I'm offering is rather small (has a built-in wardrobe), but you'd be free to use the shared living space for any study/work if needed.
Board/rent includes all utilities and some food (exact details tbc). There is a carport down the end of the shared driveway that I don't plan on using, which you would be welcome to use.
A bit about me - I'm a mid-20s female working two jobs in the education field. In my free time, I like to read and cross-stitch, so I'm a bit of a homebody! I don't currently have any pets but am considering fostering cats (or maybe adopting) once I'm settled in, although this is not set in stone if that doesn't work for you.
Updated to say: room won't be available until likely mid-November, as there's more work needing to be done than anticipated (painting, kitchen reno, etc). I'll add photos once everything is looking more put-together.
No dogs, other pets negotiable. No smokers or heavy drinkers/partiers.
