Board/rent includes all utilities and potentially some food, details to be worked out with the successful applicant. There is a carport down the end of the shared driveway that I don't use, which you would be welcome to use.
A bit about me - I'm a mid-20s female working two jobs in the education field. In my free time, I like to read and cross-stitch, so I'm a bit of a homebody! I don't currently have any pets.
Room is available after Waitangi weekend. Currently unfurnished but a single bed and chest of drawers can be provided if needed.
No dogs, other pets negotiable. No smokers or heavy drinkers/partiers.
