A lovely brick house located in a rual setting , nice and peaceful with native birds. Nice sunny, deck to relax out on. Large vegetable garden, and fruit trees. It just myself and my daughter (15 year old ) living here, we are christians and go to C3 City Church.
We have 3 cats , 2 guinea pigs, and fish.
Shops close by, Take aways, chemist, foresquare, bakery, pizza, sushi, hair dressers. Petrol station.
There is a bus stop and park nearby.
Smoke, drug and alcohol free home.
Rent includes everything except food.
