Fall in love with our awesome 5-bedroom house with 3.5 Bathrooms. Our house is fully insulated, warm/cool with a heat pump in the lounge. It has a beautiful big garden with a big deck to admire the views toward Waiheke Island.

We are three Christian professionals (Elizabeth, Caitlin & Jasmin) in our early 20s and 30s. We are looking for 2 female flatmate who are tidy, responsible and like the occasional banter. There is also another member of the house, Sadie, a friendly social cat.

Currently, 2 of us share HelloFresh for dinners, while the 3rd does her own thing.

Pets negotiable.

There are two available bedrooms:

• The large room is 5.5 x 3.6m with its own private toilet, sink, and entrance. You will also share a bathroom with one other flatmate that has a shower, toilet, and sink (pictures 2-5).
• The small room is 3.8 x 2.9m with a wardrobe. This room shares a bathroom with one other flatmate that has a shower, toilet, sink and small bathtub (pictures 6-8).

Both rooms available immediately.

[1] The flat has a big fully furnished kitchen, open plan living area, and laundry room.

[2] Each bathroom has a shower, and one has a bath.

[3] Kitchen facilities: New kitchen with electric cooker & oven, microwave, double bowl sink, storage cupboards. A very comfortable space to cook in.

[4] Laundry room: washing machine and separate dryer.

[5] Private backyard, easy to maintain, with an orange and mandarin tree.

[6] Within walking distance: Howick Village, Cockle Bay beach, Howick Beach, covered bus stops, and at the end of our street is a 4Square, bakery, takeaway shops. Within 10 minutes drive are more beaches and Botany Town Centre.

[7] Expenses:

• Bond required: 2 weeks rent ($458 for the large room, $308 for the small room).
• Rent paid fortnightly: $458 for the large room, $308 for the small room.
• Shared expenses paid fortnightly: $26 per person (includes water, internet, shared groceries and household items).
• Power is billed fortnightly, and is split equally. Approx $20 per person in summer, $40 in winter.
